Professional Standards
The Professional Standards Division provides support to the Sheriff's Office and the citizens of El Paso County, with a commitment to responsiveness, accessibility, innovation, integrity, effectiveness, fairness, and equitable treatment of others. Services provided through the Professional Standards Division include concealed handgun permits, public information, internal affairs function, volunteer services, information technology services, records management, research and planning, and accreditation and policy.
