What do you like best about your job?  My Emergency Services Teammates – They are the most loyal and professional team players I have served with in the 28 years of my professional career. The Challenge – The Sheriff’s Office is an All-Hazards first response organization.  Integrating Law Enforcement, Fire, HAZMAT, Search and Rescue, and other first response capabilities into emergency response plans and exercises is a never ending challenge.
