Human Resources:
The Human Resources section has the mission of providing timely, accurate support to the men and women of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office with an emphasis on personalized customer service. The Section has many important functions and serves as the nucleus for all personnel administration. The Section’s functions include testing, boarding, and in-processing of all newly hired personnel, processing internal transfers, promotions, and payroll. In addition, the Human Resources section provides guidance on personnel issues to the Command Staff, managers, and supervisors, as well as provides guidance to employees on career development, benefits, and other employment related issues.
